Doing these facial exercises regularly can prevent slack facial muscles before they occur. Also, a whole facial make up can only be done in just a few minutes. Therefore, when doing facial treatment, don’t forget to include your neck. Of course, here are other ways to prevent facial aging and look younger than your age.

Tip #1: Sleep properly.

Try to sleep at your back to avoid pulling the delicate skin of your face. If you can’t sleep on your back, get a silk pillow case to prevent pulling on your skin.

Tip #2: Clean your face regularly.

Always use natural products if possible. The use of a facial cream that contains unnatural ingredients is not going to prevent skin aging. Better use virgin coconut oil as a skin moisturizer. It is absorbed by the skin longer than any creams that are bought in the stores. This oil contains good properties that keep the skin fresh and healthy. Mineral make up is also recommended as it contains SPF.

Tip #9: Eliminate free radicals.

You must also consume antioxidants to help your body eliminate free radicals that can lead to aging. Green tea, vitamins A, C and E can help your body fight off free radicals.
